- Email address: Only if you contact us directly at info@petpainted.com. We do not require account creation or collect emails as part of the purchase flow.
- Usage data: We use Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our site. This data is anonymized and used to improve our service.

Data Retention
Uploaded photos are deleted automatically after portrait generation. Generated portraits are retained for a limited period to allow you to download or purchase prints, after which they are deleted. We do not maintain a permanent archive of your images.

Service Description
PetPainted is an online service that transforms pet photos into artistic portrait styles. We offer digital downloads and printed framed posters fulfilled and shipped within the United States.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use PetPainted only for lawful purposes. You may only upload photos that you own or have permission to use. You must not upload images that contain illegal, harmful, or offensive content.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the photos you upload. The generated portrait is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share, print, and display your portrait freely. PetPainted retains no ownership rights over your uploaded photos or generated portraits.
Payments and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
Digital Downloads
Digital portrait downloads are delivered immediately after payment. Due to the nature of digital goods, all digital download sales are final and non-refundable.
Printed Products
Framed poster prints are produced by our U.S.-based fulfillment partner and typically ship within 5-7 business days. If your printed product arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@petpainted.com within 7 days of delivery and we will provide a replacement or full refund. Refunds or returns are not accepted for any other reasons other than damage or defects.
Disclaimer of Warranties
PetPainted is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our generated portrait will meet your specific expectations. The free preview feature allows you to see your portrait before purchasing.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetPainted shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
